An Online Training Solution
The online, modular, My Professional Development TM program has been developed in the USA by experienced Objective Management Group coach and independent trainer Rocky LaGrone, to specifically address the weaknesses identified from the OMG Sales Force evaluations.
While working with Objective Management Group, Rocky recognised that once the OMG evaluations had been completed, companies found that everyone in their team had a different set of strengths and weaknesses relating to sales and that a 'one size fits all' training programme was not the most effective way of developing the sales team. He also understood that if a company had all their sales people in a room for days of training, then they would not have anyone out selling, targets would not be met.
With the development of this modular, online training programme, each participant can be developed according to their specific needs, at a time that is most suitable for them.
The areas of training that can make a significant difference to successful outcomes are: Attitude, Behaviour, Skills and Execution. Each participant in an OMG evaluation is measured in relation to these areas. Depending on the role within the organisation and the weaknesses identified in the participant's OMG evaluations, modules can be selected to specifically address their particular training and development needs.
The individual can then work through the modules at any time, at their own pace. They go through the leanings, answer questions to show they have an understanding of their learning and then they need to practice in reality and give feedback on whether they were effective at executing the learning. This ensures that the changed behaviour is practiced and embedded. Their Sales Manager also has input into the progress and results of the changed behaviour. The Sales Manager can easily recognise the areas where concentrated coaching will be most beneficial. If there is no Sales Manager, an independent experienced coach can be assigned to provide input and support throughout the training.
Each participant has unlimited access to the modules for the period of a year for one annual fee.
Training packages for Effective Sales Development
The training can begin with a two day e-Motiv training session. Each participant can then begin the modules that are most beneficial for them specifically and work through them over six months. A second face to face two-day training session can more fully explore their progress and address any issues that are they experiencing from their newly learned behaviours.
